Member terms

Love Member is free and personal. Member cards and codes are not transferable.
The program is currently available at: Tanjung Piayu Laut.
Show your member QR in the app or give your registered phone number to the cashier before paying, so your receipt is recorded.
Every receipt earns 5% points and 10% cashback of the amount paid.
Points are valid for 12 months and cashback for 1 month(s) from the receipt date. Balances expire automatically after that.
Points can be redeemed from 10,000 points. Cashback use is limited to Rp100,000 per member per day.
Points and cashback are used oldest first. Points, cashback and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another member, or combined with other promotions unless stated.
Rewards are given when the target is reached within the stated period. When several rewards of the same kind are reached together, only the highest is given. Rewards are valid for the stated period and can only be redeemed at the branch where the target was reached. Maximum 2 rewards per day.
For your security, redeeming points, cashback or rewards requires verification: the QR in your member app or a code sent to your registered WhatsApp.
Member data (name and WhatsApp number) is used only for the member program and Love Group information, and is not shared with third parties.
Love Group may change these terms at any time. Changes are announced in the member app.
